Cancellation & Refund Policy

Policy Overview

We strive to ensure a smooth connection between patients and healthcare professionals. Please review our terms regarding the cancellation and refund of booked consultations on the Mediseva platform (operated by Truebuddy com LLP).

1. Consultation Bookings

Once a user requests and pays the consultation fee for a session with a doctor, the booking request is registered. Doctors have the discretion to accept or decline the slot based on their active schedule availability.

2. Cancellation Rules

  • By User: Users can cancel a scheduled consultation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot. Cancellations requested less than 2 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
  • By Practitioner: If a doctor cancels or fails to join a scheduled consultation session, the user is entitled to a full 100% refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking, or Wallet) used during booking. The refund amount usually reflects in your account within 5 to 7 working days, subject to banking gateway processing timelines.
